Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small business, each item in our shop is made to order, with care and intention to using both digital printing and machine embroidery techniques. Because of the custom nature of the process we do not offer returns. However we understand things can happen. If their is an issue such as : 

Receiving the wrong item, 

A product that arrives damage,

Or a significant error in the customization (different design from what was ordered)

Please contact within 5 days of delivery with photos and a detail description of the issue. We'll do our best to make it right.

We do not accept returns for buyers remorse, items ordered in the wrong color, or color preference changes.

As  each items is handmade and printed to order, slight variation in color, placement, or stitching are part of the charm and uniqueness of the product.
